Inditex sets up three stores in FABRIKA shopping center
CBRE, exclusive retail leasing agent of FABRIKA shopping and entertainment center in Kherson, has recently negotiated a new deal with anchor tenant of the shopping center second stage. Spanish retailer Inditex Group has signed a contract for over 1700 sqm to open its three brand stores – Bershka, Sradivarius and Pull&Bear.
FABRIKA’s second stage concept evolves over 30 stores of international brands, “Multiplex” 6-halls movie theatre, bowling center, ice and roller rinks, cafes and restaurants. The second stage grand opening is scheduled for the end of this year.
FABRIKA is the first regional shopping and entertainment center in Kherson, with GBA 82,000 sqm and GLA 65,000 sqm, locates at 18, Zalaegerseg str. The new shopping center is the project of redevelopment of the cotton mill.
