Under joint leadership with Radomyr Tsurkan, CBRE team grew from 2 to over 100 people in 5 years to offer the most comprehensive range of real estate services in Ukraine. Sergiy has 14 years of total experience in the Ukrainian commercial real estate market.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2008, Sergiy has successfully worked his way up from Commercial Property Consultant to the Managing Director with Colliers International (Ukraine) and then to the top manager of Apollo-Rida and Akron Group development & investment companies in Ukraine.
He has deep competencies in office & warehouse properties, capital markets, valuation and consultancy.
Sergiy is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he also holds Diploma in Surveying and Master of Science degree from College of Estate Management (UK). He graduated from the International Christian University (ICU, Kyiv) majoring in business administration.
Radomyr Tsurkan, Managing Partner
Radomyr Tsurkan has been a Managing Partner of CBRE office in Ukraine since its opening in Kyiv in 2008. Over 50,000 sq. m of office and warehouse premises in Kyiv were leased and sold by CBRE consultants under his management.
Radomyr’s professional experience in the Ukrainian commercial real estate market totals 13 years. Prior to joining CBRE, Radomyr Tsurkan has successfully worked his way up from a Consultant to the Head of Office and Industrial Property Department at Colliers International, and then to the Deputy General Director of one of the largest Ukrainian development companies
Among his key competencies are development and brokerage of office projects as well as concept development of professional office properties.
Radomyr graduated from the International Christian University (ICU, Kyiv) majoring in business administration.
