Valuer / Appraiser

Requirements:

• A corresponding suitable University degree in Economics, Real estate or similar
• A good level of experience of general Valuation work in Commercial, Retail, Office, Residential and other markets
• Sound knowledge of the Kyiv and Ukrainian property Markets
• Certificate to produce valuations of real estate in Ukraine
• Prior experience in real estate and/or research and analytics is desirable, but is not essential
• Knowledge of International professional standards (e.g.RICS) would assist but will not be main requirement for applicants
• Fluent English

Consultant, Strategic Consulting and Research Department

 Main responsibilities:

• Conduct various consulting projects (highest and best use analysis, concept development for real estate projects)
• Preparation of analytical reports and presentations on the different segments and projects of the real estate market
• Analysis of performance of the existing office, retail, warehouse, and hotel properties
• Preparation of short- and long-term cash flow projections for the projected properties
• Interviewing of real estate market participants on different events and issues
• Provision of consulting advice and recommendations to clients and senior company officials

Main requirements:

• Degree in economics/finance/sociology
• Fluent English is a must
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in real estate
• Experience in conducting business plans, preparation of consulting and analytical reports
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and to multi-task
• Knowledge and working experience in financial modeling
• Experience in providing advice, execution and strategic consulting services to clients

This is a permanent role with shift work schedule

Requirements:

• Working experience with engineering systems of public buildings
• At least 5 years of working experience in installation or maintenance of engineering systems
• The 3th or 4th category in electrical security
• Working knowledge of ventilation system, sanitary engineering and fire safety equipment
• Good skills with personal computers
• Well developed communications and interpersonal skills
