Thomas Andruchow

Thomas represents international and Russian corporations in the acquisition of office leases in Moscow, St Petersburg and other cities in Russia.

Tom joined CBRE in 2004. Prior to CBRE, he worked for six years in the former Soviet Union. Tom worked for three years in St. Petersburg, Russia for Ryland Homes, the first western developer to create an elite residential community. Tom was responsible for implementing and overseeing the development’s property management from the first tenant. In Kiev, Tom was responsible for the property management of a portfolio of class A office properties. In this role, Tom was responsible for the overall maintenance of the properties, tenant relations, accounting and reporting to ownership.
