Hike joined CBRE over 3 years ago as part of the corporate services team helping clients in their regional space requirements.

Hike was a leading agent in project "Back office (10,000 sq m) from Moscow to regions" of one of the biggest international financing company. This project included market overview of 4 biggest regional cities, comparable table, choosing two better cities, deepest analyze (labor costs, education, unemployment rate, utilities costs, transport availability from Western Europe, construction and repairing costs, LL reputation and experience, etc). Last stage – developing negotiation strategy, parallel negotiations with preferable and back-up option, coordination with all parties, etc.
