Elena has been with CB Richard Ellis since 1997 and is one of the most experienced office advisors in Moscow. She was promoted to Property Advisor in 1998 and Head of Corporate Services in 2005.
From 1998 to 2001 Elena managed marketing and leasing of the number of premier office developments represented exclusively by CB Richard Ellis including such notable class A office properties as Golutvinsky Dvor (13,000 sqm) and Panorama Tower (31,715 sqm). Since then Elena has focused on tenant representation, advising many international and domestic companies. Elena has advised on major pre-lease transactions (of up to 32,000 sqm) at newly built class A business centers as well as reconstructions of existing buildings.
Elena has had vast experience in representing global international occupiers on lease acquisitions, renegotiation of lease terms, renewal and restructuring of leases. Elena is also involved in developing real estate strategies and restructuring real estate portfolios for corporate clients
