Tolga Guzelce joined CB Richard Ellis in August 2009 as Senior Director - Office Services Group and Member of the Management Board. Tolga manages all CBRE office-related advisory and brokerage work in Russia, including landlord and tenant representation.
Tolga is one of the most senior, experienced and highly respected professionals in the Moscow market.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Tolga was an executive with the Moscow market's largest office landlord, responsible for leasing and tenant relations on over 230,000 square meters of Class A space, and for the past 5 years Tolga worked as Managing Director. Under Tolga's leadership, Enka became the number one landlord for international corporations and gained a reputation as Moscow's most professional landlord. Tolga has negotiated more office lease agreements than anyone else on the Moscow market.
Prior to that, from 1995 - 2003, Tolga worked at Riverside Towers, handling all sorts of assignments, from financial controller to fit-out manager to marketing director and deputy general director.
Tolga started his 15 year career with Enka in Kazakhstan, where he worked as a construction manager on the Bechtel-Enka joint venture.
Education
Tolga received his college degree in civil engineering from the Bogazici University in Istanbul.
He is proficient in negotiating in Russian and English.
