But each route gives you real work experience in relevant departments that span a whole range of property-related advisory and transactional services. These include Agency, Building Consultancy, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Corporate Services, Development, Lease Consultancy and Portfolio Management, Planning, Professional, Property and Asset Management, Rating and Taxation, Research, Tenant Representation and Valuation work.
