What we do
The Capital Markets team at CBRE provides expert advice on every aspect of domestic and overseas commercial property investment. Acting for a range of clients including private clients, syndicates, pension funds, family trusts, financial institutions and corporate clients, our highly skilled and experienced team have specialist staff facilitating commercial investment in the domestic market and the UK and European markets.
Our Capital Markets team is now firmly established as leading investment advisors in the Irish market, acting for Irish investors in some of the most significant property investment transactions carried out in Ireland and overseas. Our overall team consists of fifteen personnel, three of which are based in our London office. The total value of transactions concluded by our team in 2006 reached in excess of €2.89 billion.
