• Through our in-depth knowledge of the industrial real estate market and local circumstances as well as extensive dealings with major developers we are best positioned to negotiate on behalf of occupiers most competitive and favourable commercial terms and conditions.
• We compile extensive statistical analysis of the industrial market in Hungary during the year and publish quarterly assessments of the Hungarian real estate market, in association with our colleagues in other agency departments.
• We publish a standalone quarterly bulletin on the industrial market. This means that our clients receive up to the date, relevant information on the industrial market and are appraised of any market trends and changes.
