Building Website Launched:

In line with CB Richard Ellis' commitment to occupiers easy access to the most up to date information regarding your building and suite are now available on-line.  The 43 Castle Street Management website has been launched and we encourage you to take time to familiarise yourself with the content!

The site includes a members area which will provide you electronic access to the current Occupier Manual and a list Frequently Asked Questions.  Login information will be circulated to each occupier shortly.


The building has recently been refurbished throughout.  All external stone elevations have been treated and refreshed, new double glazed powder coated aluminium windows have been fitted and building branding installed.

Internally carpets have been replaced, art work hung and a total refit of the reception has taken place.

The lifts have been fully refurbished with new interiors, mechanisms and re-designed lobby areas.  The staircases have been extensively modernised and low energy lighting installed throughout.

The refurbishment above has contributed to the ISO14001 accreditation being awarded to the building.
