Carrying out advisory, consultancy and sales tasks adapted to the time, location and project. Basing ourselves on the information provided by our Development Advice area, we carry out an exhaustive analysis of all the variables involved in a new project: the urban planning situation, supply, demand, connections, facilities, etc. As such, we have in-depth knowledge of the external conditioning factors of any real estate project, with the objective of limiting risks.
Once external factors have been analysed, team work gets underway together with the developer, in order to adjust the positioning of the product on the market as far as possible.
At this point, and until delivery of the very last key, our specialised teams are responsible for reaching the sales and administrative objectives set by the developer.
