The cross-border Industrial and Logistics team has advised AEW Europe on the acquisition of a portfolio of seven modern logistics assets from Prologis for €118 million.
Küehne + Nagel Portfolio

CBRE were instructed to sell a portfolio of 22 logistics/warehouse properties for Kuehne + Nagel. The assets were sold to Goodman for c. €223 million.

CBRE carried out a high profile European industrial and logistics portfolio disposal on behalf of Prologis European Properties. The sale consisted of a complex corporate structure and was efficiently completed within a three month timescale.
The HBI Porfolio

The sale of the €330 million HBI German industrial portfolio was recorded as one of the largest industrial sales ever completed in Germany. CBRE advised BPG on the conditional sale of the portfolio which was comprised of 34 multi-let industrial assets.
